These terms and conditions govern the online purchase and sale of this website, the details of which are provided in the LEGAL NOTICE.

This company shall hold the electronic records of the contract in its archives.

1. Right of withdrawal, return and complaint

As established in article 103 of Law 3/2014 of 27th March, amending the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, supplies of services or goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or rapidly expire, are exempt from withdrawal.

Return of a defective product.

If the product is not in good condition and the cause of the defect is not attributable to the customer, then the latter shall have the right to return the product, informing our company of the reason for the return through any of the means provided in the terms and conditions of this contract, and at no cost whatsoever to the customer. This return due to a defect or the poor condition of the product shall not be considered a right of withdrawal.

Our company undertakes to bear the cost of the return and to replace the product with a new one, in accordance with the terms and conditions accepted at the time of the sale.

2. Alternative dispute resolution

Our company has an active dispute resolution policy, and it therefore makes its customer service available to you.

We would inform customers that, according to Art. 40 of Law 7/2017, an online dispute resolution platform has been provided, which is available at the following link: However, our company will decide, on a case-by-case basis, whether or not it adheres to this system, given that we consider that disputes can and must be resolved outside this framework. Therefore, prior to any complaint, we would advise you to use our customer service system. Thank you for your understanding.

3. Data protection

According to the provisions of Data Protection Regulation 679/2016, we would inform you that any data that you may provide will become part of a filing system for which we are the data controller. This is directed at managing your purchase and the data shall be stored in order to manage the relationship, while this is necessary due to responsibility for the provision of services.  You have the right to access, restriction of processing, portability, make a complaint to the Data Protection authority, erasure or the right to be forgotten, and to object to the processing of personal data, by sending an email to or in writing to the company’s registered offices at: Polígono de Landaben C/F, 31012, Pamplona (Navarra – Spain).

4. Governing law

Any relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the applicable regulations in force in Spain. Should any dispute arise, the parties may subject their dispute to arbitration or to the jurisdiction of an ordinary court, in compliance with the rules on jurisdiction and competence.
