Alternative dispute resolution
Our company has an active dispute resolution policy, and it therefore makes its customer service available to you.
We would inform customers that, according to Art. 40 of Law 7/2017, an online dispute resolution platform has been provided, which is available at the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=ES. However, our company will decide, on a case-by-case basis, whether or not it adheres to this system, given that we consider that disputes can and must be resolved outside this framework.
